Found a set of the Classic II's on craigslist this morning I'm thinking about picking up to get rid of my rubbing on full lock. Anyone have any experience with MT wheels? Quality and finish or anything? These are polished but they'll probably end up black before they hit my truck.
Here's a pic of the style wheel I'm looking at

I'm waiting on pics from the guy now. If they're in good shape, I'll shoot him an offer for just the wheels. And they'll be black before they get mounted on my truck for sure :D

MT makes a quality lightweight wheel. Plenty of strength for offroad, but no heavy weight to rob your power.

They have black...cause I searched up and down for em...I found em and they are my choice if I ever get new wheels...I'll have to find the black ones again though...they are a different number but the same wheel

Nah... They'd just be more trouble than their worth in the long run. The guy said he might have a buyer for them. But if he's still got them when I go to get the wheels Monday, I'll see if I can throw him another $50 and take them all

Here's a couple of pics of the wheels. I think I'm gonna just clean them up and mount them how they are. I can't wait to get them coated since I don't know how long it'll be before I've got the extra cash to make two 500 mile round trips to get it done

Those look like they should clean up pretty good.

I tried everything except sanding or media blasting to get that one clean and couldn't. I'm gonna take some 2000 grit to them next week or so and see what happens
