Passenger Tail light stays on all the time

My passenger side tail light stays on as long as the battery is hooked up. The truck is a 2002 1500 4.7 4x4 manual (gen3) It doesnt matter if the key is in or out, headlight switch is on or off, the light is all at all times unless you unhook the battery. The lights worked perfectly until yesterday when I took the dash out and changed the heater core. After I hooked everything back up the light started staying on.

Can anybody offer some advice?

Pull out your light switch and look for any pinched/cut wire.

Usually when problems pop up like this I've found a directly relates to what was just done to the vehicle. The brake is turn on by the IPM and that is controlled by the FCM which gets it's signal from the switch. Back track what you did to the dash that affected that input.
