please identify this plug...

its under the hitch where a trailer plug would be. maybe it's for brakes, but I have no regular 4 pin flat plug.
it has 10 holes, but only 8 are wired. it seams to split and go to the driver taillight and up towards the front.

I need to find an adapter to 4 plug or tap into this if its lights for a 4 plug flat for trailers.
