I have a superchips cortex 3950 that ive been using on my 03 ram with the 5.9l 360 and i was wondering if this was a good programmer for it.. i bought it used for 100 bucks by the way

For the 5.9L it is a good tuner. It will wake it up. Really no need for custom programs, unless you are doing mods to the engine.
