Rear gears- 4.11 or 4.56

I’m looking at doing a gear swap soon, but I’m torn between gears. What’s the mileage and rpm difference between these? I currently have 3.92 gears.

If you have 3.92s go 4.56s. 4.10 an 3.92s are to close in ratio to really justify swapping imo
