replaced gearbox now steering harder

I just replaced the gearbox and now the truck steers alittle harder?

As is its harder to turn the wheel, or the truck turns more from the same amount of input?

If its the first, it may be due to something binding, or that the steering should be that firm, 'harder' is relative. If its the second, then you just have a different input to output ratio on the gearbox and will just have to adjust to the way it handles.

I upgraded to a red Head steering box over OEM, was spendy, but worth it. Took all the slop out of the steering wheel.
