Right lug nuts ---2004 ram?

Need help! My original set of lug nuts on a 2004 ram quad, 5.7, 20" wheels need to be replaced due to swelling issues. I picked up a set of Mcgard # 64008 lugnuts as they supposedly will fit. Called Mcgard and was told this is the only lugnut they make that will fit. However, it looks as if the cone is too small to allow the lugnut to fit properly. If anyone has any advise on this I would appreciate it!

Discount tire can get them. But I don't think they are cheap, I can't them ember how much but they were enough that when I was thinking of selling my factory 20s I didn't buy any.
