It's not just absolute clearance. Wheelbase, track, approach and departure angles can have much larger impact than ground clearance. All three of these play into why the Jeep is so adept off-road. ATVs/Side-by-Sides capitalize on this.

Jeeps and ATV's are nice and dandy, but knowing what you are doing is far more helpful. I've seen skill trump lift kits and Jeeps a million times over. Just keep that in mind.

Certainly some things just can't do some things. But I think testing the upper limits of what your vehicle can do is part of wheeling.

85..rebuilt motor. All stock except for the drive train.

It's on 35s.. Still not completely finished.. Making a swing out tire gate, needs lockers up front (maybe).. And tiny stuff like brake upgrades, and ... I dont know what else lol.. Its nice! Ready to go this weekend.

Wow, that rig looks clean! Hope she runs as good as she looks, you have quite a gem if so. Afraid to ask how much that set you back.

I dont want to give an exact price cause I may resell some day for a much better deal ;)

But what I will say is that it was a better price than any used jeep thats fuel injected lol.. And a hell of a lot cheaper than any side by side!

Street legal too!

Ill post some better pics of the interior too.. Looks like it did the day it cam off the lot.. Minus the front seats, theyre out of a scion tc (awaiting a good set of something else).

Probably going to have a full roll cage built with 4point harness.. And it just needs some front lockers.

No side jokes today.

I like your specific steps because they blend in...almost up against the cab. I have seen others where there is a 3-4 inch gap between step tube and the cab...I like how it's up high, and out of the way, and the only thing that comes down is the small step itself.

It was the hardest decision Ive ever had to make. Fully built drivetrain/suspension.. With full armor, sliders, bumpers, winch, roof top tent, 5:33 gears, lockers front/rear... 3 completions of the rubicon..but a shady motor that was swapped from carb to the 22re...marlin crawler everything with 3 sticks..

No ac/radio lol.

Or the 4runner with 10k on the professional rebuild, with rear detroit lockers, 4:88 gears, 4:7 transfer case, side and rear sliders... But way more room and looks better. .. Trail gear everything minus the rear chevy springs.

Ac blower works (not cold), has radio/cb

Call magnum directly, ask about their "media sponsorships" and watch that new low price happen.

Not even a question which one IMHO, you chose well!

It's always nice to make your own mods, and with the 'runner you have a beautiful canvas to start with. Nice to spend $$$$$ on mods and not rebuilt engines.
