Seat cushion collapsing

Hi , I have a 2022 , 1500 Warlock classic about 5 months old with about 5500 kms or 3500 miles on it . My issue is the driver seat cushion is collapsing . The foam is losing its resilience, after an hour in the seat it takes hours for my butt imprint to almost disappear . Never completely gone and the fabric remains wrinkled .
Just curious if anyone else has had this issue , dealer said not bad enough to replace , I call BS . Maybe my butt has to hit the frame first . Lol .

The seat in my 2013 Bighorn is holding up really well, no issues like that after 10 years and 91k of use. Sounds defective to me....

My 2018 cushion is holding up really well. No signs of collapsing or deterioration but I have extra butt padding so maybe try some cheeseburgers and cake.
