Shake, rattle and roll at highway speeds

I have been having issues with the truck shaking/shuddering at highways speeds. First thought was an out of balance tire and most likely one of the rear tires since I wasn't feeling it in the steering wheel. I got the tires rebalanced and the truck drives a lot smoother now, but the issue is still there, just not as pronounced as before.
Any other thoughts?

Try rotating tires and see if it changes?

They were rotated as part of the rebalance.
