in a reg cab short box 4x4

It doesnt appear you can/could get heated seats/steering in express or sport models from 2015+ models. Is this correct?

i tried building a 2018 and 2019 ram on their website and never got the option for heated seats/wheel.

for giggles i built a big horn and the option came up
