36.5 and 8K...but happy wife well you know the rest. This all started with the first time we went camping with friends. One had a slide and one had a longer camper. Both had better ac than our pop up. Two days later we have three slides, way longer and two acs. o_O

I'm looking into a power wagon right now to trade my 18 2500 Laramie in on, but I tow a 34 foot 8500 pound trailer. Any of you guys pulling a similar weight? how does it feel? Would I be better off just getting a front locker and a winch and retaining my 3300 pound payload with stiffer rear springs and getting 90% off power wagon ability? I'm not into rock crawling, but some of the areas I explore when I go camping make me nervous. Picks for clicks.

No real need for the front locker if it's not going over steep and slick areas in my opinion. Keep the 2500 and just add the winch. Dont get me wrong but the PW doesnt tow as well. I haul a 33 ft 7900lb trailer with mine and I have the sway bar set up so it's not an issue. If your not off roading much save the cash for upgrades

Thanks for the response man. I just love the potential off road capability of the power wagon. I'll do the winch first and then see if I will have any need for a front locker per your recommendation. I appreciate it.

Headed to the lake tomorrow for the first time in the power wagon. Do you really think I need the tow haul mode engaged for two Waverunners?

I doubt you'll even know those things are back there.

I wouldn't run the tow haul mode for towing the light wave runners.

I tow approximately 99% of the time with my 2016 Power Wagon and use the tow haul mode when towing my 18 foot Power Boat and 15 foot travel trailer. Both are in the 3,000 to 3,500 pound range and are equipped with brakes. Towed some 25,000 miles this year with those two trailers and several others.

I do have a 4 x 5 foot off road utility box trailer built over a '41 pickup front suspension. I don't use the tow haul mode for it due to the PW doesn't feel it even when it's loaded.
