Smog readness monitor issues

2014 Ram 2500 6.7 and I am having a hell of a time getting the readness monitors to complete.

I had a turbo leak that popped a code, I fixed the issues and cleared the codes because I need to get it smogges..

500 miles later and I still can't get 3 monitors to complete.

Nmhc. Nox. Pm filter.

Will a forced regen help me? Is there anything I can do? Besides deleting?

It is stock. We finally got it smogged. It took 1200 miles and still 2 monitors were not ready.

2007 or newer you are aloud 2 readings monitors to not be ready
