Sometimes no start

2007 2500 6.7 diesel 170000 miles auto transmission
Every once in a while it won’t start. Seems to happen after its run for awhile and is shut off to run into store
Etc.
no clicking no nothing. After a few rotation of the key it will start back up. Truck runs fine no other issues at all
Ignition switch going bad maybe
Batteries are good.

Do the lights on the dashboard come on as normal? When this happens?

No they don’t snake eyes

I'm sure you've done this, but double check your battery cables. We had similar issues with our dually and almost started down a rabbit hole luckily I went to test the battery and realized duh, these are loose.

Grounding issue. Check and clean all you can find and coat with white lithium grease.
