Squeaking door

My driver's side door has a loud squeak when opening or closing. I've sprayed lubricant on all the moving parts around the hinges. It almost sounds like the spring itself is making the noise. Any suggestions?

Maybe do a search......I remember reading about the same problem......sorry i'm no help

Pretty typical. It's the bushing in front of that spring. Best lubricant I have found to quiet it is fluid film. Other oils don't last as long.

Video is spot on, I actually used some Superlube from Harbor Freight. You can actually slide the roller up and down with pliers to get it under it. Worked great

I have the same sqwaunk and I keep a can of aerosol grease in the door for safety chain quick links and the likes and I try to hide down the spring, the roller and the door stop link ... to no avail. Just a horrible noise. Drives me [emoji529]

A friend of mine gave it to me years ago when they first came on the scene, he had several cans. I think someone else gave him all those cans.

I like fluid film use it on my jet ski but man it smells like ass!

I sprayed mine with wd40 months ago and it is still working.
