Steering wheel audio controls

I'm gonna be installing my Steering wheel audio controls kit. Any tips or tricks to keep the clock spring from rotating? Thanks!

Just pull the wheel straight off, and keep the arrows lined up. There is a small hole ether near or in the plug that the wheel harness goes into that you can insert a drill bit of something like it to keep it from turning, but I didn't find this necessary when I did my switches.
