Ok, just go ahead and admit it, no one else knew exactly what they were either. Just not gonna put yourself out there and ask the question. [emoji3]. That's ok, I'll take the heat. LOL [emoji106][emoji106]

Man, it's cold out for this time of year just outside the windy city.

Oh, the sun came up. The temp instantly changed by 117 degrees. Awww... my first sensor issues.

Good choice. The amsoil ea filter is virtually identicle, produced at the same factory. Just throwing this out there in case one is easier for you to purchase.
Just easier when I can get everything at the same spot. Don't mind paying few extra $ for convenience.

The windy city is Chicago.

And it's 80 at 5:29 in the morning.

Sheeze......

Yeah coming here soon as well, gonna have to work in mornings. Get up at 6 and drink some coffee watch those two assholes on sports show, get outside by 7 work till I sweat through two shirts, in by noon. I don't have the starch for much more these days, I do not do well in the heat. Runs in the family watching my mom and her heat strokes pulling weeds, that wont be me. If I get a heat stroke, it wont be while pulling weeds. There was no stop in that ol girl, this I promise you. Breaking out the single room air conditioner today, so I can escape the heat in my bubble when I need to recover. Growing old aint fer *******.

A side note, if I eat protein for breakfast I can handle the hot days more then if I eat something like pancakes. I don't know of that would help ya'll. No carbs except what is in a piece of fruit. I've been on a salmon for breakfast kick, I have had more energy then when I was 10 years younger. Steak works just as good.

I suspect the potassium in the salmon is the reason you tolerate the heat a bit better than after eating pancakes.

Salmon for breakfast? I don't think I could do it.......

If you embrace the energy you will have, it is worth it. If I eat carbs and it is hot, forget about it. Now I can eat some pancakes a lot easier then salmon, with a lil butter and syrup. But I have a genetic disposition with warm temps. When I drove a truck I would go to clear lake, temps as hot as 120 during summer, business owners would inquire all the time are you low iron or something? I never knew what they meant at the time I was young and could work 12 hours a day, but as I got older I feel what they were say'n. Just a little change and I am fine, eat dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner, problem solved.

Never thought about that but it makes sense. I mind the heat like crazy, 75* out and I'm drenched in 10 mins. Then if there's high humidity on top of that I'm done. I hate the heat. I'd rather work outside when it's 20* out....

Well **** if that makes a difference I might try it...

It works for me, another thing I add on is a TOAK, tea that cold brews when you open it. Sugar free but has stevia. I like the green one, citrus green tea. I straight up have energy all day with the combo one steak either beef or salmon, and a TOAK. I get those teas for only 50 cents at grocery outlet. I get like 10 cases at a time, my wife uses them too as she starts work 4am every day.
