I kinda wish they would bring back dark amethyst. My dad had a 98 Durango that color and for purple it was really nice (as nice as purple could get I guess lol)

You know my Father special ordered a 98 Ram 1500 2wd longbed in Deep Amethyst. it was a very rare color for the Rams that year. from what i was told there were only 100 some built like it. man when it was clean it was a very pretty truck.

When I saw the pic I thought "hmm metallic diarrhea".
But In person I actually like it.

I know a guy who used to have about a '98 or '99 3500 CTD with the 'waterfall' treatment 2 tone on it. The bottom color was Deep Amethyst and the top was silver. That was one classy dually. My grandad also bought a used '97 Intrepid in this color and my grandma still drives it today.

I have a 2012 express rcsb that is tequila sunrise and it actually looks really good it's more of a burnt orange color then in the online. Pic it looks great on my. Truck but on the qc and cc it doesn't look as good (to much of the color in my opinion)

Awesome color - there's a 3500 DRW in Tequila Sunrise the boils by here every once in a while - definitely an eye grabber!

I saw one today that had the R/T stripes on the bed and hood, don't think it was a true R/T tho
