Anytime im doing little stuff its all rattle canned, automotivetouchup.com is where i buy everything from paint to prep spay and clear. The link is the clear i use on everything but its cheaper from automotivetouchup. It is a 2k clear so same stuff thats used on cars you have to activate it before use and then its only good for 48 hours once activated. DO NOT USE THIS WITHOUT A PROPER RESPERATOR!! Get one with filters that are qualified for chemical vapors and very important to make sure its good for isocyanites. 3M makes great ones for cheap with disposable filters. Only thing i my truck i didnt use this clear on was my grill and thats because i used my brothers actual paint booth and guns at his shop.

And thanks brotha!

I will definitely check them out for small jobs like door handles, I want to paint match them to my truck, I always liked the feel of painted door handles. That paint cane out REALLY good man!

Handles are cured, and a few more angles of the mirrors. In a few weeks I'm going to strip my sealant off the truck and redo it (determined to make it more shiny lol) then I will also polish/glaze/seal/wax the mirrors as well to smooth out the peel and get em really shining f4aa1efa333dd079a5eaf1bc95a89f27.jpgdb848cae0be2c9669b5491c51fbf96c6.jpg47608dc87935136e6dfbf4adff217538.jpg682de4177d6022b0c13a27c34c6c45c2.jpg

Thanks man really appreciate the compliment! HIGHLY recommend automotivetouchup.com for paint, they are awesome. They take a little while for shipping usually 2 weeks because obviously they mix batches per order, there prices are great on everything and ive ordered a ton of paint from them and never had a bad batch or experience.

Funny i was literally just thinking this morning how ive never seen blue matched mirrors or handles on a ram lol that would be sick!

:happy175: LOL! Honestly i should be better at painting then i am haha, ive hung out at my brothers autobody/paint shop for roughly 15 years now, and hes taught me a ton. He has people ship custom cars to him and he has no clue how they even know his name from all over the west coast and even mid west before just so dustin is the body guy/painter to do the work. He literally looks at every single paint i do and instantly goes "looks great man, but you did ________ didnt you?" lol he can find a flaw in any damn thing that has to do with body/paint, then i try to retain the knowledge...... So anyways to sum that novel up haha ive had one of the best teachers there is, even though im still a novice level for sure
