There any audio tech who can help me with my 12 Uconnect

I actually got my 5'' Uconnect on my 2019 tradesman, and just bought a 12'' OEM and now got the theft code to put it, got the code over the dealer but cant touch in the screen to put the code, need help with this anyone over Fort Myers Florida that can help me with I would pay for it pls

What is the part number of the 12” screen you installed? And what is the part number of the radio module you installed?
If the 12” inch screen is from a 2022+ Ram, and is plugged into a 2019-2021 12” radio module, the screen will be unresponsive.
