Throttle body spacer

So when i bought my 05 ram 1500 it came with a airraid TB spacer. So i installed it, and it just kinda gives off a nasty whistle. Im wondering if there is a way to keep the spacer but dampen or rid the whistle. Id like to keep it because i am noticing .5-1mpg increase (not a lot, but savings are savings)

I have another one you can have.

Felt nothing and the whistling, screeching, squealing was unbearable.

It's an impediment unless you're gonna drill, tap it and use laughing gas.
