throttle body spacer????

I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 Laramie SLT 5.2l , since the motor has separate injectors for each cylinder, would a throttle body spacer add any power to the truck?

It's a good paperweight for holding papers on the center console.

Just pass on it and buy a 50mm tb or mod your own.
