Tie rod bushings and ball joints replacement?

Have a few worn bushings in my steering linkage . I would like to get in there and replace everything thats worn out. I see these Tie Rod End Kits online for around $200, looks like they come with new tie rods and ball joints.

My question is- are these kits the way to go, or should I just buy the individual ball joints and keep the existing tie rods?
