I have a 2013 2500 Tradesman. It came stock with LT245/70/17. When I purchased it, LT285/70/17 were on the truck. According to the sticker, max tire pressure is 75 psi front 80 psi rear and 45 psi (rear and front) for light load.

Do I need to make any adjustments in tire pressure with the different tire size?

Unloaded, 40-45 is fine, and will ride/handle best

You could lower the pressure with the bigger tire.
