I don't know anything about the fenders, but with that lift your best bet would be 35's.

What about wheels?
Those fenders will look silly even with a larger tire on a stock wheel

I would try to get an aftermarket wheel, especially with as wide as those fenders are
I would try to go with a 17x9 or 10 with like a 4.5" backspace (I don't really know 1500 backspace to well though lol)

neither do i, i went from the ideal lift rims to these, i love them i really do, just i don't want to have the urge to commit suicide every time paying for some tires.

They are a sharp wheel

To be honest you will probably cost nearly as much to buy a set of 17" wheels and 35's as it would to buy a set of 35's for a 20" wheel
Not to mention there are usually 35x12.5x17 on Craigslist

According to the info I found they call for a 8" - 8.5" wide wheel with 5 - 5.5" backspacing ( 0 to +6mm offset). IMO that seems narrow for a 33x12.5 or 35x12.5 tire (reccmmended by them as well), but it's not my style so what do I know :waytogo:

Lets assume he keeps the 20x9 wheels he has now. In order for him to get the backspacing he needs, he would need to run a spacer around 1".

well, first, for money reasons, i'm gonna do a 3 inch spindle lift, level and a 3 inch block in the back, but when i'm done for awhile, i'm gonna save up for the 4th gen ram runner suspension, and run that, i don't want to save up $3,000 more. so i'm hoping the installation will be about that much for doing the cross over, and installing it
