So I ended up with a chip in my plasti-dip on my rear bumper. Is there any good way to touch it up or do I need to take the bumper off the truck and completely respray it?

I've had good luck with just spraying over the affected area. If you have the glossifier on it, spray again after

Just respraying works fine. However, if you are one of those people that wants it PERFECT, get some protective gloves and a small cup of paint thinner. Dip your finger into the thinner and slowly massage the edges of the chip until you cannot feel the edge anymore, re-wetting your finger as needed. Let it dry, then respray and not even you will be able to tell where it was. It will take a bit of time so be sure you NEED it perfect.
