Transmission ID & Correct Rebuild Kit

My truck is a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500, 5.9, 4WD.

The transmission has gone kaput, and I want to purchase a rebuild kit for it. Could somebody please tell me which numbers on the transmission are the correct numbers for identifying what rebuild kit to purchase?

There are a few different numbers on it.

- 064-7
- 19104
- R5
- 09104

Which of these will ID the correct rebuild kit?

064-7 - Cannot Find.
19104 - OVERDRIVE EXTENSION HOUSING 4X4
R5 - Revision 5

Any 46RE standard kit for 4x4 will work for you.
