You should keep your driver's side door open (edit: during the installation) to prevent any electrical disturbances. Dash icons and lights may change throughout the set up and install of the tune. What EVIC do you have?

It is a 2012 RT. What I mean is after you put the tune on the truck, some of the icons stay on while your driving around.

He means keep the drivers door open while loading the tuner to the truck

Did you disable traction control on the tuner? If you did the lights will stay on until you turn it off and restart it.
