Turn signal issues, not TIPM related

2008 Ram 1500 5.7. Turn signals started having problems. Turn on the left turn signal the right bulb flashes. Turn on the right turn signal no bulbs flash. Turn on the hazards only the left bulb flashes. I replaced the TIPM thinking that was the problem but unfortunately it didn't help. I am getting no voltage in the turn signal fuse when the bulb is flashing. My next step is replacing the cluster. Hoping for any ideas out there.

Oh, and also replaced the multi function switch.

Update. Sent my cluster to Kincers for rebuild and repair. Turn signals working without issue after re-install.

Sounds about like what is happening on my 2007 Ram, but I haven’t checked for voltage, although mine acted this way for a few days and then started working properly again, now for three weeks.

I was just reading a thread on 3rd gen Technical Service Bulletins and one mentioned this very issue. It said to replace the multi function switch.
