turn signals

i have a 2019 ram 1500 classic slt model it came with the basic little mirrors no lights or anything i upgraded to chrome tow mirrors with the turn signals and i have no idea how to make them actually work as turn signals they do not light up at all anyone know what to do?

You need Alfaobd . Enable the mirror light option on there and they’ll work.

you may also need the door modules to go with the mirror upgrade





They have the basic door module
&
the door module that has power folding, puddle lights, etc.

You have to discover which unit your Ram currently has in it.
Then if you have to replace the door module, it will need programming.

You can do that yourself, or use the dealership

You shouldn’t need a door module, just Alfaobd. Mines 10 years older but also an slt and all it took was enabling with Alfaobd.

so i got my front blinkers on my mirrors to work and puddle lights to work but the blinker on the back side of the mirror doesnt come on at all and the front lights dont stay on as sidemarkers when my headlights are on
