Makes a load fast tick like a card in the spokes sound
Only does it during cold start and ONLY when truck is at idle in reverse.
If I switch to park, neutral, drive, etc the sound stops
This sounds seems to by more predominant the longer it sits. Monday mornings it sounds like crap.
Like I said it only does it in reverse at idle so, I have no idea what to look for. Any clues or suggestions?
Also I'll leave a link to Facebook where the sound can be heard.

Mine does it too, but it is not very loud and is consistent when you put it in forward or reverse. I thought it was just how the transmission or transfer case negotiates engaging or disengaging park. Will be following this thread closely.

Cold starts after a long sit suggests an exhaust manifold to me. Especially if it becomes inconsistent and eventually goes away as the engine warms.

Hemis have a problem with that, but you've got the V6. Of course if Chrysler has a bad design on one engine I wouldn't be surprised to find they duplicated it on another.
