The outer and inner ballpoints in my drag link are both shot, my understanding is that you have to replace the whole unit, not just the joints.
Right now I have OEM parts in my cart ready to order, but I was curious if there were any upgrades worth doing. I do some occasional off roading, occasional towing, but I have wide and tall tires so the main stress is just getting those gigantic things to turn every time I drive.
OEM parts are $350, would be willing to spend maybe $450 on a bit of an upgrade, if there is even a point to doing so, but I'm not interested in some $800 ultra rugged link that is going to be on pavement 80% of the time. Just looking for some input.
