Vehicle Health Report

How often are you guys getting a Vehicle Health Report notification?

I have yet to receive email notification yet, but I can go into my Mopar account and see one generated about every week.

I have my email setup correctly. No big deal, since I can always look at it online.

Well, in the 18's, the upload provider went from Sprint to AT&T.

And here came Sirius Guardian for the '18's.

The email you gave during the UCONNECT registration is what it uses to email the reports.

Do you have a MOPAR.COM account setup as well?

Bought new truck last May, everything was fine until Jan 1st this year. Was no longer getting any updates or health reports from UConnect. Finally called them in early April and said I was not getting any services at all from them and would they extend my subscription for the 3 plus months I did not get anything. The lady told me she would extend my subscription for the missing 3 months. Ready for this, she told me she would extend it for a total of 5 days. Well, my 1 year subscription ended last month and I have not renewed and probably won't in the future for the cost they want.

I don't know of anyone that has paid to extend their uConnect subscription. I can't see how that is a money maker for FCA.

Really, with what we pay for these vehicle the service should come with the vehicle for 3 years. After that charge a nominal fee.

Yep; FCA is quite delusional about the value of the uConnect service...I didn't even consider renewing it as it really had no value to me.

I still get a monthly report in my email 3 years after I bought my truck. I never renewed uconnect after the 1 year free trial.
