Issue: Key FOB no buttons work. Starts truck, but nothing else
Backstory:
Had my motor rebuilt. Had a Cam from Jay installed that required my PCM to be sent off and updated from a 2009 to 2010 to achieve the settings for the thump cam.
Since getting the motor back in the key FOBs do not work at all.
I’m digging around in AlfaOBD I found the WCM has this error: B2204 - ECU Configuration Mismatch
Questions:
Can I set the BCM to say my truck year is a 2010 and have this go away without causing other issues?
Can I just remove the FOBs and re-add them?
I don’t want to start messing with it and have my truck not start with my keys.
Thoughts anyone?
