you wouldn't need a diode bridge. 1 of the field wires is a positive 12V wire. just since the asd relay power the injectors and coil along with the alternator field there is a noticeable voltage drop between the alternator output and the field wire on the alternator.

if you wanted more power at idle you would need a smaller pulley. most of the newer magnum engines used a smaller pulley from the factory. i just don't know exactly which year they switched but i knot the jeep alternator i got off a 96 had a smaller pulley than my 93

Well I have a bad habit of not updating here. Solid axle shaft arrived Monday so there's a small chance I'll do it this weekend. I turn 21 on Friday :favorites13: and supposed to get our first wintry storm...so probably won't get done. Maybe but probably not.

Also I ordered an electric fan controller/probe kit and a pipe with a port to set that all up. That will get done when I pull the timing cover and oil pan to change the seal. Will be running the factory fan from a Chevy HHR. Seems to be a popular fan to swap in and I have one already so... lol. Also rotated my tires Sunday.

Friday I'll probably be ordering my new tires and wheels and yesterday I ordered my HBS level

you can make a sub box whatever size you want as long as the sub will fit within those dimensions.

I actually have more room under my passenger seat i can fit a 16"W 20"D and 6" H box. My ideal box is 15 wide 20 depth and 5 inch in height.

Switched to full synthetic in the flatbed last night, also found out my exhaust was loose so I tightened that up as well.

Few nights ago, my uncle lost his keys so I pulled his f150 out of a driveway so he could get another car out of the garage.

Finally upgraded to SBL leds, I can actually see at night now. No more tailgating to use the car in fronts headlights!!!

It's a wonder, isn't it?

Put new plugs in it. Got NGK G-Power platinums from Merc225. I know we're not supposed to run platinum but he runs platinum so I decided to give it a shot.

i got those in both my 81 and 93. no noticeable difference between them and normal copper ones. only reason i even considered trying them was because i was able to order them from rockauto for cheap. NGK seem to have pretty good plugs

Yeah seems to run alright. I was hesitent at first because the last platinum plugs I had were fouled up, but these were free so I took em.

Got em in in about 30 minutes too. Way less time than the other two times i put plugs in it. Lol
