You guys obviously know more than I do about Ram's, and my price range is unfortunately around $1,500. What do you think about this one?

Overview:
-1997
-8.0L
-V10 24V
-Automatic
-Some Rust
-163k Miles

If this helps, I plan on going to look at within the next couple days. Also, I've been looking at a 1990 BMW 7-Series, so help me out here! :p

Don't quote me on this, but online it said that it has 310HP and 450 FT/LB torque.

Any help, comments, and advice would be nice. Thank you.

I also attached part of the CarFax.

well I would say that the hp and tq numbers are a bit lower now after age. It will be a gas hog can't deny that. But overall not a bad truck.

i dont know much about that year truck but i would imagine depending on who had it before you might start having to replace older parts that just get worn out with time and milage wich can start to add up

It's cheap, but you're going to be paying for A LOT of gas and with those miles, you'll be repairing stuff... It's pretty beat up too. Remember, if the outside of the truck looks that bad, I wouldn't imagine upkeep on the important stuff was a high priority either.
