Have been screwing around with 69 GTOs since ‘86 and 6bbl/6Pack cars since ‘02. Oh, and had a Yamy 225DX when I was a kid. Picked up a couple of Tri Zs in ‘17 to ride and maybe keep around for grandkids someday. ^^^ Is that a real 1969 Hugger Orange GTO JUDGE?

yep, over 100,000 miles, engine has never been out and runs great. I just had the radiator re-cored and the rear axle completely rebuilt. Next is the 3sp auto transmission. I have a complete new exhaust system to hang on it also once it warms up. Picked up set of correct reproduction Goodyear redline bias ply tires for it too so will be getting the wheels blasted soon so I can refinish them and put the new shoes on 'er. its a vinyl top car and so is the bee. IF I ever restore them they'll be bada$$ parked beside each other. I have a 505" stroked 440 that I had in my old road runner that dyno'd 598hp and 652lb/ft torque that'll go in the bee. It'll be ridiculous on the street. My old 6-barrel road runner with #s matching 440 and 4speed would make the Judge look silly in a drag race. With the 505 a new Z28 camaro got me off the line a couple of years ago but by the time I was going from 2nd to 3rd with 2" headers and 3" exhaust out the back I think he went deaf as I walked past him with all the torque- and on G70-15 Firestone Redline bias ply tires to boot.

I'm not a fan of street racing but dammit... sometimes you hafta make a point.

We used to get better times at Grand Bend, but St.Thomas was better because you could make 10-20 passes a night on test n tune days, Grand Bend was too busy, we were lucky to make 3-4 passes.
I know, Grand Bend needs to somehow limit the amount of cars they let in. I'm not a big fan of trailering my car for 3 hours there only to end up actually racing it for less than a minute total, lol. TMP is even worse.

HUGGER ORANGE???? That's a Chevy colour. Pontiac called it Carousel Red. Very cool cars you have dstryr.

The color was first patented by Chevrolet and Delorean changed the name of the color for Pontiac to Carousel Red. Same color two names.

It doesn't look red at all to me.

It was actually first used by Volkswagon and was called Phoenix Red. You can't patent a colour, just the name. Either way a 69 GTO was available in Carousel Red, not Hugger Orange.

Very nice 76 T/A RGAS. Is it a 400 or 455? I own a 78.
Very nice man.
Nicely optioned out.
Thank you my father chased the original owner around until finally in the early 1980s he sold it to him. I kept on my father till he finally gave it to me or I should say sold it to me at a very good price about 7 years ago. Together we've only put 18,000 miles on the car since my dad had it.

RGAS, was it originally black? If so it is a very rare car. They didn't make a lot of black ones that aren't the 50th Anniversary editions with the 455 4 speed in them.

Yes, it was redone to factory as close as possible. Only none original parts are brake booster, master cylinder, seals, gaskets and dual exhaust but I kept all the original stuff. Had it done to look nice but also wanted to drive it.
Person who did the car is a Pontiac nut and has done many but stated it was strange because there were indications on the car that it may have been intended to be a formula at one time so could be very rare.
I have the PHS documents and most of the build sheet (mice). From all indications that is how it was delivered to the original owner.
