What would these holes be for?

Bought the truck used from the dealer and it had these holes the previous owner had drilled. There are no other holes anywhere in the cab and no wear on anything that would tell me it was a CB or something.

Anyone have anything similar mounted in their trucks?

If not, suggestions as to what might have been mounted here?

That panel is easily removed, probably has the part number on the back if you wanted to replace it
