Whats biggest thing you've towed with your 1500?

None so far. Just have to pay attention to the specific site you reserve. Some are max 20', others will take up to 30'. With the slide out on the back I'm pushing the 30' max at many sites but haven't had a problem yet.

I have a 2016 Jayco 28BHBE that weighs 6800lbs dry. Loaded it's around 8K and it pulls really well. I'm not going to be passing everyone on the road, but it pulls the trailer at 65-70mph very well. I know the payload is close, but our RAM & Jayco dealers both agree it's safe and well within the capabilities of the truck.

This load of wet mulch! Trailer is 6x14, dual axle, tires were bulging just a bit but didn't have to go too far, will air them up for the next load.

Of note, since I've lifted the truck I now need a new drop hitch, this one is not even close!

Not the biggest thing but what I'm towing today. Trx400ex in the bed and wildcat sport on the trailer. Bags keeping it level. In the summer there will be a 22 foot travel trailer in between.

2015 ram 1500 cc with 5.7 hemi. Travel trailer is 30 feet, dry weight 6200lbs loaded between 7200-7600 lbs

Heading to Easter Jeep Safari 2016. 20' total weight between 8500-9000. Pulled like a boss. I was a little worried because I had some pretty good hills to climb but I chose my speed and the 8 spd decided how to accomplish it. I still am impressed at how well this Transmission works.

bought a 27 foot (total length) 2016 jayco to pull around almost every week for work all around the state....

loaded the trailer is probably around 6000 pounds or so... plus 600 pounds in the bed of the truck for work equipment.

using a weight distribution hitch and sway. everything stock. pretty much levels out the truck.

Finally pulled something heavy. Tractor and trailer weighed just shy of 8400lbs. Pulled it 150 miles with cruise on 70. Had a head wind the whole way and some hills. With the wind and speed I was running it was around 2800 rpms in 6th. If it wasn't for the head wind I think it would have pulled fine in 7th around 2400 rpms. It made it there a couple times but then hills and wind would put it back in 6th. Pulled great and I even forgot it was there a few times until I looked in the mirror. I love my truck more than ever wouldn't hesitate pulling that weight again.

He said Gas mileage sucked to hell.

This was 6 yards of mulch but it was raining so it was about 800lbs a yard, plus the 2700# so I was sitting around 7300# truck did great! We didn't have a tarp so I needed to take back roads so in stop and go traffic truck did great! The hottest the coolant got was 219, according to evic! And tranny stayed steady at 168-172
