Found this under the bench seat of my 2017 1500 Express CC. It is located on the drivers and passengers side .

the ejection seat just give it power and it pops your annoying "guests" out the truck :)

like stated above it probably the harness for the heated seats. in order to really find out you would need the pin diagram

I just took mine apart also and mine runs to the subwoofer and continues on to I don't know where else, I don't have the LED lights under my seats like my Laramie did. Maybe it runs to the power windows also I dunno.

It definitely looks like it's a plug that you plug something into it, it doesn't appear to be that something is plugged into it already. And I don't have a factory amp or sub in my truck.

i guess its a multiple use plug. the wire goes up into the seat to the little light, i had to unplug it to take the seats out. i dont have a factory sub but thats not even close to where the factory wire for the sub comes through

The plug in your picture is for courtesy lights (under seat). It will have power when you open a door and fade out with the overhead lights. It is not the sub woofer amp wire, that wire is under the carpet on the passenger side.

I can't tell from the photo, but are there wires connected to the other side? I would love to add some courtesy lighting to my '17 Big Horn and having the switched power to already there to tap into would be sweet.

yes the wires are on both sides, look exactly the same and are not for any sub

I believe its a plug and play plug! It can be used for any accessory you put to it! Sub-woofer, heated seat air seats etc.

Same with me. Thought it was weird that it's just the connector body attached to the seat frame

I'm sure they are hooked up to absolutely nothing, I currently have my rear bench seat removed and those clips are still on it and there's no wires that I had a disconnect.

It most definitely goes to the sub among other things.
