Will alfaobd fix projector running lights hyper flashing?

So about 2 years ago I put a pair black projector style headlights on my 2014 tradesman that came with reflectors from factory. Everything works but the running lights flicker when on & when I put on the turn signals they flash kinda like amber emergency lights. Is this an issue I could fix via settings in alfaobd or do I need to install resistors? If I need the ladder does anyone know what kinda of resistors/how to install them

Have your lights been flickering for 2 years since you put them in? If no, then you have a light problem. If yes, then Alfa should be able to fix it.

Yeah the lights have been doing it since I installed them. Also will the alfaobd allow me to put leds in my highbeams/tail lights?
