Winch ready bumpers for 2014 1500

I've been looking around for winch bumpers for my 14 cc express and I'm not sure what to go with. I really dislike my stock plastic front bumper and need a winch. If anyone has one on their 1500 and could post up some pics I would appreciate it.

do you want a offroad style bumper? or i think westin makes a bull bar with a winch plate

I just put a iron cross bumper on my 13' express and it is winch ready, well made and one of the cheaper bumper I found that are made for 1500s
