One day I was board and took off the face plate to where my radio is at and I saw a wire that was not plug to anything just to the ram logo and was wondering where does that go and can I plug a switch panal to there so I can run my light bar and other lights?

I know I had a wire, when I bought my truck it was equipped with towing package but they didn't install the trailer brake, wire plugged in when I bought the OEM trailer brake. You probably need to post photo of wire so others can chime in.

That’s for the lower switch bank that would have the heated seats and heated steering wheel controls.

So that means that I can put heated seats and not a switch panel for lights right and how can you find out what trim do you have cause all the stuff that I am seeing does not come on an st model

Regardless of model, all the Main wiring looms tend to be universal. Cheaper that way.
Not sure how far the wire goes, to the seats or if there is an intermediate wire that ties them together.
but doubt you would want to use that particular wire, if so pay attention to amperage drawn through it.
