I've never settled, I'd do without first!I know a lot said a tundra but I test drove a 2020 tundra the 1794 trim level and I will say the first 5 minutes I was like hmm this is pretty nice but by the time I was done with the test drive I was like nah this thing has absolutely no

not me I like trying new rigs. I have rarely ever kept one longer than 2 years and I bought my first new rig in 1977...a sickness yes but one I don't mind having. prior to this Ram my last dodge was a new 1998 Durango and after that I swore I would never buy another dodge again. Only kept it a year. I then got the jeep sickness and had a 2013, 2014, 216 and 2018 all wrangler rubicons. never had an issue with any of them but I built them up and sell them and start over. Wanted a tremor but due to Covid could not find one that did not have the price all jacked up so was going to buy a gladiator and on the morning I was going in to sign the papers my wife said I should test drive the PW that was parked next to it...liked it enough and my neighbor is the GM of the dealership and he gave me a screaming deal ie $50K otd so figured I would try it for a year or so. Been watching the lots for a 7.3 tremor so far they still want too much for them. Don't get me wrong I don't hate my Ram but not married to it either. I see you have a 2012 and that is great but I myself have never been able to keep a vehicle that long. I am embarrassed when I put it down on paper how many cars, trucks and motorcycles I have had. My motorcycle fetish actually started in 1972 even before my car/truck addiction. I have a very understanding wife lol.Yes, I would never never ever buy a second choice! For $80k, or whatever it works out to be... I'd expect nothing to but quality. It's all in the details. Keep it up RamI looked at a 2021 ford lariat before buying my laramie. The interior seemed cheap and not well laid out.
unimogSo ok guys, what would have been your 2nd choice if there was no ram option, what truck would you have right now in your garage ?
I'll go first GMC Sierra 6.2 .
Couldn't imagine the movie being the same if he pulled up in a ridgeline......... I'd have turned it off right there! LolUmm....Shouldn't Walt Kowalski be driving a Ford?
A ClassicProbably do what I should have been doing for years and rebuild my old rusted away Wagoneer View attachment 479348
It's second on the vehicle to-do list unfortunately house stuff takes precedence over all things. Maybe I'll give it another look over winter and see if I can at least get it runningA Classic
