Best cold air intake for 4.7L?

i have the k&n on mine i love it, had it on a jeep grand cherokee with the 4.7 also. Havent had any other intakes so i cant compare but you will be happy with the k&n

You'll get a lot of opinions, but the AirAids are nice. K&N's are always there. Volant makes a super one too.

Ive had K&N on my s10 and my sivlerado and ive had AFE on my powerstroke and I liked both of them. Im new to Dodge and their motors so I guess Ill pick one and see haha. All Im finding is the K&N right now

That's honestly the best way to go about it...just pick one and bolt it on! I'm sure if you looked at hard numbers, all of their results would be similar to one another.

I can't seem to find anything for the 09+ 4.7l's.... mine is a 11 to be exact... I see those options for earlier years but unsure about fitment for our 4th gens...

Ive only found K&N for 09+ 4.7L's so far. K&N has never let me down so Im gonna go with that for now

Airaid also makes a nice intake for the 4.7's. I would go with Airaid over K&N.

It is a more expensive intake than the K&N, but it is also a much better performer.

I have no problems with K&N drop in filters in the OEM box, but their CAIs are all open top noise makers that'll rattle your fillings out at WOT.
I like Smoked Ram's approach above ^^. :naughty:
