YOURS is fine, no reflash required. The TSB was for Gen 5 built 2018 to early 2020 with AC issues, so U good to go.
Do you know what the A/C issue(s) were??
Mine is a '16 and sometimes it feels as if the A/C could be a little better. The heat works pretty amazing though.

The little locking button on the exterior door handle has a several second delay before I can use it to lock the truck. Just let me shut the door and lock the damn truck right away.

My 2020 1500 Warlock is my first truck and I love it!!! As far as what I don't like, the lock button delay as someone said, my center console flaps back and forth shooting beverage everywhere such as coffee with a lid and the whistling noise from behind my dash at highway speeds. Other than that, I wish a few more options came standard like steering wheel radio controls and such. I would buy it again in a second though.

Not normal. I'd say 1 time out of a hundred mine doesn't work on first try. And that's with either the truck still running, or not.

I love my truck, however if there was something I could change it would be the rear coil springs instead of leaf springs. I really do not like them. I know they did it to make the ride more family friendly but it detracts from the truck being a truck. The payload of the truck is a joke in my honest opinion. BUT. I still have it and have no intention of getting rid of it

It's a "half ton" truck. Pretty sure most of them have at least 1500# capacity, which, after a couple passengers and some misc stuff will generally leave a full 1000#.

That said, I have carried a full ton of pellets in both my 2015 and (5G) 2020 "half ton" several times and they it handled it fine. I did/do have the 4C Air Suspension so that may make a difference, although they both were only rated for around 1600 IIRC.

Fuel consumption…… but I was spoiled by my Dmax Silverado. Otherwise the 2016 RAM 2 door was exactly what I wanted. Took a while to find the right one.

Finally found something new to gripe about with my Ram. They put a switch in the RamBoxes to trigger a cargo light when they're open, all good there. But why not have a switch to trigger the cargo lights with the tailgate? Yea, I can easily hit the switch on the dash, but when loading the truck late at night or early in the morning, I open the door and it triggers the headlights (shining at the neighbors). Where if the cargo light turned on the with tailgate I'd never have to go into the truck to turn on the cargo light.

You don't have a switch inside the left side of the bed near the tailgate? Also, my cargo/bed lights come on when I hit unlock in the FOB.
I don't have ramboxs so maybe I'm not understanding.

No switch that I've seen. Mine also come on with the unlock, but so do my head lights. There's a switch in each RamBox to turn on/off the light in the boxes. But nothing that I've found for the main cargo light and bed lights.

Look or feel here below the light.
Also, the headlights on the unlock can be turned off in the radio settings.

The 19's, early 20's and so on 5th Gen Trucks (1500) (I cannot speak for the 2500's but they were included in the TSB also), were almost a complete re-design in some areas. On HVAC, they changed the box, relocated sensors, did away with HCV and went with total blend door design. They IMHO did a poor design on the blend doors and HVAC, plus the new 1234Y refrigerant does not cool as well as 134A. So ref the TSB, they had to redo the HVAC boxes, move-change sensors, change blend door modules and such. It has improved the system but no way as good as it used to be,. If U R having AC issues, it is not the redesign issues I and other PPL have who have certain built timeframe 1500 Gen 5 trucks. Yours would be a different issue you would need to get checked out if you wanted to. They took out the dash, blower motor assembly and HVAC assembly to do the TSB.

I'll check it out and see what I find. I know I can change the settings but I prefer the "approach lights" setting for any other time, just trying to be courteous to my neighbors. I'm already "that guy" in my neighborhood from loud bikes and vehicles during "off" times of the morning and night being on 3rd shift. So I just try to keep my inconveniences to a minimum whenever possible.

payload on my truck is 1148 lbs. I put one scoop of mulch in the bed and it squatted almost down to scrubbing the wheels. My old truck hardly moved with one scoop and leaf springs. My dads F150 got two scoops when i got my one and it moved 1/4 of what mine did with twice as much weight.

Odd. I had a 2015 for 5 years. It downshifted by itself* even when NOT in tow/haul. In fact, what my observation is in regards to shifting is that t/h mostly controls UP-shifting. No real difference in downshifting in t/h vs normal. Same on both my '15 and current '20.

*By this I mean: slowing down, with or without brakes, the tranny will downshift and provide engine braking.
This is what I was expecting. To clarify I have the 6 speed and not the 8 speed tranny. I've talked to 3 different Dodge dealers and 3 different service advisors and all of them told me my truck will not downshift (as in engine brake assist) unless the transmission thinks it's necessary. Basically I might not be hauling a heavy enough load to engage the downshifting. Not sure if I buy this but since 3 of them told me the same thing I'll roll with it for now.

I'll add one more- I'm not at all happy with the acceleration and towing power in the 6.4 Hemi with 6 speed tranny. I came from a F-150 with the 3.5 ecoboost. So far I haven't pulled a heavy load with my Ram just roughly a 4k lb boat. That said my Ram doesn't pull as well as my F-150 did and is drastically different in acceleration. I expected some drop off in acceleration just now that much. I didn't expect any drop off in towing power and that's the disappointing part. Hopefully when we do buy our next travel trailer I will be happy I made the switch.
