I got a stock single din silver bezel from a dealer down in GA and wanted to make my Cobra 19 CB fit in the pocket under the radio.
Length and width wise there was plenty of room. Height was a bit tight.
The bottom lip on the opening covers up the part of the cubbie filled in by the no-slip pad and plastic cubbie itself. Dremel and some patience and the bottom can be worked down flat.
Used the brackets included to hold the CB level and secure in the dash. Cut the bracket in half and attached upside down to the CB
Once the bezel is back on there is a gap on either side (which will be filled once I find the second pocket for the coin cubbie) and it sticks out just enough I can reach all the buttons with out fighting the dash.
