What was left of my aluminum #8 connecting rod bearing. this was the root cause of a rebuild at 180K miles. noticed metal in the oil change and rattle of the engine, then the timing chain tensioner snapped and allowed the timing to jump a tooth. That bent all the intake valves and stopped engine.
