    co-pilot couldn't tell a difference looking at them In the store. Went with the cheaper one. Got it home transferred some of the little parts like the bolt hold downs etc to the new one. Installed works perfectly.

    Same manufacture does not list any difference as far a duty or standard. Thinking one is the pin mount style and the other mounts a different way? Don't know why Ram would have two different ways to mount the radiator to the truck for the same engine configuration

    2010 ram 1500 5.7 just completed mds delete, new cam and lifters after #3 cylinder intake lifter took out cam. Prior to parking vehicle for repairs oil pressure was reading 20 pounds lower than what was normal for the truck. Normal prior to failure was 52-55 pounds warm engine at highway cruise...

    TideFan1967 I believe the cam is stock specs as far as lift, duration, lobe separation etc. Was part of the AMS racing mds delete. Cam is non mds but VVT

    2010 ram 1500 5.7 4x4 quad cab. Had the cam/lifter failure. Replaced all 16 lifters with non mds lifters and non mds cam VVT. Kit from AMS. All went good except I don't think the diablo tuner actually turned off the mds and yes I selected it. Loaded the 87 tune. ECO is still coming on the dash...

    RamRod any reason why I cant torque the heads down with plugs already installed? I can't see it affecting torque values what little the air would be compressed inside the chambers. Thoughts?
