Just installed the maxtrac 7" suspension lift for my 2004 dodge ram 1500. Got everything tightened up and went for a test drive. The front end is super bouncy. I have the maxtrac shocks that came with the lift any idea what this issue may be?
Thank you for the quick response. I am looking at probably 10" wide rims. Would you suggest going 17" or 20" rims? With 37s would regearing to 4.10 be enough?
I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 2wd. Currently my truck sits with a 3" body lift, 32" tires with a 2" coil spacer in the front and heavy duty leafs in the rear. I am looking at doing the maxtrax 7" lift. I had talked about running 35x12.5 tires. Would these tires look too small? i have stock rims...
Thats what i would end up getting if the 2500 lift wont work. I was really trying to replace the coil springs with 2500 springs because mine should really be replaced and with the hauling and offroading(yes i offroad in a 2wd) i do i want the more heavy duty springs
